Clinical Trials Study Data

The UKCTG system receives clinical trials study data from the following registers:

The Study data when in UKCTG is not changed or manipulated and simply ‘passes’ through the system allowing end users to search for Clinical Trials. The UKCTG system does not have the functionality to add, remove, change or delete any for the Clinical Trials Study data provided by ClinicalTrials.Gov and ISRCTN. 

As the registers providing the clinical trial study data are external to UKCTG, the service cannot accept responsibility or liability for the content of the information provided.

Ownership and Management

The Department of Health as the data controller for the UKCTG service, owns the intellectual property to this service and is responsible for managing the relationship between the third party study data providers.
